Multi-Award-Winning Head Chef Harry Williams
Harry started his 20-year culinary career making burritos in a Mexican bar. With an amazing ability to pack flavor into each and every dish, Harry graduated to Waikato’s leading restaurants of Seddon House, Head Chef at Tables on the River and Head Chef at Alpha Street Kitchen & Bar. Harry has been an Ambassador Chef for Beef + Lamb New Zealand and enjoys being a mentor to young Kiwi chefs. Harry has a passion for thinking outside the box to serve innovative food with a depth of flavor. This ability has enabled him to shine amongst Waikato’s culinary stars at the Matariki Dish Challenge, winning the competition in 2019. You will often see Harry down at the farmers markets finding new and interesting produce to incorporate into his menus.
